Will you send my order direct to the recipient?
Yes, if that is what you want. Simply add the delivery address, then we will send direct to that person.
When will my order be posted?
All orders posted are sent according to your requirements. When you have placed an order you have the facility to chose how you want your order sent to you. We have put a minimum weight on some of the smaller products of 0.150kgs in order to cover postage and packaging. If you feel that the postage is excessive for your order please call the office to discuss : 01543 878989.

When will my order be delivered?
The Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of all First Class Mail the next working day. However, to avoid any disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive on time.

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards except for American Express.
How secure is my payment?
We use either Paypal or RBS Worldpay as our payment partner and have secure links with them. All links between your PC and our website are also secure. You can chose to pay by either method.
