Our Policy
At Sheila Harper Ltd, we are very concerned about protecting the environment and do everything possible to minimise our affect upon it.
We only use recycled paper for our stationery and encourage customers to opt for their goods to be delivered in recycled packaging.

Wherever possible we try to source products locally to minimise freight mileage.

Ethical statement:

We have also a strong ethical policy in our approach which has implications for the items we hold in stock.  We carefully select goods that reflect our values, and will not stock items of equipment such as electronic devices, check chains, slip collars or “don’t pull” harnesses that may cause suffering.  Books and videos sold promote kind and effective handling; however, we should remind customers that opinions and ideas given in the books, videos and other literature may not reflect our own.

Wherever possible we try to source our goods from within the UK.  However, we do have items coming from overseas, and as such many price changes are beyond our control due to import duty etc.  We therefore reserve the right to alter prices where necessary without prior notification.
