Course fees can be paid by cheque, debit card or international bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to “Sheila Harper Ltd”. Students are required to bear the full charges for bank transfers.
Upon receipt of your application and full or initial payment Sheila Harper Ltd will consider your application. If successful, your place will be confirmed in writing within 21 days of receipt. If unsuccessful your cheque will be returned to you as soon as a decision has been made.

Fees reflect the individual support available along with limited numbers for a personal approach, as well as tuition and venue fees. For those wishing to work towards an accreditation, NOCN registration will also be included, although anyone wishing to retake a level will be responsible for further payment. For personal reasons some students may find themselves unable to complete the course in one year. Sheila Harper Ltd bears the costs of initial NOCN registration for all units in the first year; however the NOCN will charge students for each unit they may wish to reregister, the cost of which must be met by the individual concerned. Fees for this are currently set at £50.00 per unit to include administration costs, payable through Sheila Harper Ltd. The opportunity to extend NOCN registration is offered to students for one further year.
Students in related employment may be able to get funding or sponsorship from their employers. Students may like to contact their Education or Personnel Officer to discuss their requirements and how the course might meet their needs. Registration on this course will entitle students to a number of benefits including discounts on a range of seminars, weekend courses or summer camps offered by Sheila Harper.
Cancellation
Course fees are non-refundable unless written notice of cancellation is given at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. If such notice is given then all money paid in respect of this course will be refunded (less 20% for administration costs). Where a student has already taken advantage of benefits offered such as pre-course activities, or has been given discounts on other courses as a result of their making this booking, then a proportionate sum will be deducted from the refund in our absolute discretion. If less than 14 days notice is given, then no part of the fee will be refundable. Should a student have opted to pay for the course by instalments then the full balance outstanding will become due immediately.
